Miss Thai Uyen is one of Vietnam's leading fashion designers. She is a graduate of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts College and owns her own store near Dong Khoi Street in Ho Chi Minh City.

She is currently attending the Massachusetts College of Art under the IAP's Sister School Program. She is studying advanced fashion design and ceramics.
