HUE FINE ARTS COLLEGE SOLAR PLATE ETCHING WORKSHOP This workshop was made possible by the generous donation of a Whelan Press by Joan Winer. This press is now pernanently located at the Hue Fine Arts College. .

The IAP and Hue College of Fine Arts held a solar plate etching workshop at the Fine Arts College in Hue City, on March 31-April 2, 2002. The workshop was given by American artists Lois Tarlow and Gretchen Ewert with assistance by David Thomas. .
