TIMELINE FALL 2005 Fundraising WINTER 2005-06 NOVEMBER – Lindsey Kiang to Vietnam to meet with Mr. Dong and writers to discuss their participation in the book. JANUARY/FEBRUARY– Trip to Vietnam (David Thomas, Lindsey Kiang) to select and photograph artwork. Work with writers to begin essays and interview. Meet with publishers to discuss publishing in Vietnam and necessary permissions for both domestic and export distribution of the book. FEBRUARY/MARCH – Design book (David Thomas). Transcribe, translate and edit essays and interview with Mr. Dong (Lindsey Kiang, Le Phuong). APRIL/MAY – Travel to Vietnam (David Thomas) to supervise pre-press and printing of book. JUNE – Release of book in Vietnam SEPTEMBER – Release of book in the U.S..
